The Last Word
Hello to All!
Saturday night will be a time for us all to relax, have fun, enjoy the fruits of our labor and raise some money for our favorite pre-school!
Some important details about the Auction:
1) Food prepared by Chris Long, Executive Chef at Second Street Bistro. Free wine, beer, and sodas.
2) There will be entertainment! Isabel Florimonte will be playing the piano during the cocktail hour from 6pm to 7pm and then again at Intermission. Isabel has been studying piano for nine years with Mrs. Hunter Moncure. She has received superior scores for six years from the Virginia Federation of Music. She also enjoys choir and was a member of the Berkeley middle school choir for three years. She is currently a member of the Jamestown H.S. Jazz Choir. After High School she is interested in studying music possibly at JMU.
3) Visa and Mastercard will be accepted for your purchases!
4) 50/50 Raffle - this is the only thing you will need CASH for! We will be selling 50/50 Raffle tickets for $10 a piece and 3 for $25! The money raised in this raffle will be divided, with 50% going to Co-op and 50% going to the winning raffle number. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
5) Balloon Sale - You may purchase a balloon for $25. Attached to these balloons there will be a gift certificate to one of our local restaurants! Take a chance, you'll win no less than a $20 gift certificate, but most are worth more!
6) Pictology will be selling $25 sitting fees again! You pay $25 for your sitting fee and Pictology will give ALL of that to Co-op. You've seen what a great job they can do from our school photos this year, let them do a family portrait for you!

We will be closing out the Silent Auction in 2 stages this year...... we will close out the right side of the room (looking at the stage) at 8:30 pm, which is the start of the Live Auction Intermission. We will close out the left side of the room (again, looking at the stage) at approximately 8:45 pm, which will coincide with the end of Intermission. So.........get in your final bids on the right side of the room, then run over to the left! Remember, no pushing, no shoving, this is Co-op after all! Check out for the Silent Auction will begin at approximately 9:15 pm.
